HOW TO ADD ADDITIONAL DOLLARS TO A SHENANDOAH UNIVERSITY IDENTIFICATION CARD
Additional flex dollars for food can be added to an Identification Card. The money will be set up on your card as a declining balance and can be used in any of the Sodexo operated dining locations on campus and select local restaurants participating in the Off Campus Solutions program. Any balance remaining will transfer to the next semester or school year.
What is Off Campus Solutions?
This is a program set up for additional off campus meal options. You can use your flex dollars to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages at locations such as Sheetz, Asian Garden Buffet, Chili’s, Chipotle and IHOP – more locations to be announced this fall!
How can I add additional money to my Identification Card for Food?
There are three easy ways to add additional money for food:
- Add funds online
Note: Monies added from this website are Hornet dollars and carry from semester to semester.
- In person at the Business office located in the Wilkins Administration Building. Flex Deposit Form
- Call the Business office at 540.665.4514 to make payment with a credit card.
