What is Flex?

Flex Dollars are debit dollars that can be used at any of the Sodexo operated dining locations and participating off campus locations. 

Where is Flex account? Do I need a separate card?

Flex is an account located on your Hornet Card, which means no more digging into your spending money, late night stops at the ATM or charging up credit cards.

How do I sign up for a Meal Plan?

Please contact the Shenandoah University Business Office at (540)665-4514.

If I DON'T HAVE A MEAL PLAN, CAN I STILL GET FLEX? 

Yes, you can still add Flex with or with out a Meal Plan.  You can add Flex online or at the Business Office (540-665-4514) at any time.

How do I add money to my Flex account?

Should you run out of Flex during the semester, you can add more online or at the Business Office (540-665-4514) at any time.  

Where can Flex be used off campus?
